GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)
GIF เป็นรูปแบบภาพบิตแมปที่เป็นที่รู้จักดีในด้านการรองรับภาพเคลื่อนไหวแบบง่าย ใช้การบีบอัดแบบ lossless LZW แต่จำกัดอยู่ที่จานสี 256 สีต่อเฟรม GIF ยังคงเป็นที่นิยมสำหรับคลิปภาพเคลื่อนไหวสั้นๆ ภาพรีแอคชัน และกราฟิกแบบง่าย
